    • If you purchase individual templates or products, you are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or claiming them as your own.
    • Modifying our products or templates with the intent to resell or present them as original creations is a direct violation of this agreement.
    • Violating these terms constitutes infringement of our intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to pursue legal action, including financial damages, to enforce these terms.

  3. Personal and Business Use Only:

    • All products are licensed for personal or direct business use by the purchaser. They are non-transferable, and no rights are extended to third parties.

  4. Liability Disclaimer:

    • The Digital Marketing Shop and Martin Media Co. are not liable for the success or failure of any business utilizing our products or programs, including the Done-For-You program.
    • We do not guarantee financial or business results, as these depend on factors beyond our control, including how the products are implemented by the purchaser.

  5. No Refund Policy:

    • Due to the digital nature of our products and instant delivery, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

  6. Enforceability:

    • By completing a purchase, you agree to these legally binding terms. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota, USA.
